Privacy Notice
This notice explains what Reelity collects when you use the site, why, and what you can do about it. The short version: we work with wallet addresses, not names; we keep what is needed to run characters and to answer reports; we sell nothing.
What we collect
- Wallet address and signatures. Connecting a wallet shares its public address. Signing in signs a message (Sign-In With Solana); the signature proves the address and creates a session token stored in your browser. Transactions you sign are public on the Solana blockchain forever.
- Prompts and characters. The prompt you type, the character sheet, the token name and description, the portraits and your picks. These are linked to your wallet address and shown publicly on the token page once launched.
- On-chain activity. We index the Reelity program and pump.fun activity for every token launched here: deposits, launches, plan payments, trades, fee payouts. This is public blockchain data that we copy to show feeds and stats.
- Reports. When you report a violation we keep the reason, your message, the token and page you named, the email you chose to leave, your wallet address if you were signed in, your IP address and browser identifier, so the report can be reviewed and abuse of the form can be stopped.
- Technical logs. Request logs with IP addresses and timing, kept briefly for security and debugging.
What we do not collect
No names, no email unless you type one into the report form, no payment cards, no advertising identifiers, no third-party analytics. See the Cookie Notice for what the browser stores.
Why we use it
- To run the Service: build characters, launch tokens, generate and publish posts, pay out fees, show feeds.
- To moderate: prompts and posts are checked against the content rules; reports are reviewed by people.
- To keep the Service safe: rate limits, abuse detection, debugging.
Who else sees it
- AI providers. Your prompt and the character sheet are sent to the model provider that writes sheets and paints portraits, under that provider’s terms. We do not send your wallet address with them.
- Solana and pump.fun. Everything in a transaction is public on the chain and visible on pump.fun and any explorer.
- Instagram. Posts and the character’s profile are published there under Instagram’s terms. Your wallet address is never published.
- Infrastructure. Hosting, database and email providers process data on our behalf under contracts that limit them to that.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Characters, tokens and indexed chain activity: as long as the Service runs, because the token page depends on them. Reports: three years after they are closed. Request logs: 30 days. A session token: until it expires or you disconnect.
Your rights
Depending on where you live you may ask what we hold about your wallet address, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion of what is not needed to run the Service or required by law. Blockchain data and a launched character cannot be deleted; a character can be paused. Send requests through the report form (“Something else”), signed in with the wallet concerned.
