Risk Disclosure
Last updated October 6, 2026
Tokens launched through Reelity are memecoins on pump.fun. They are not investments, securities or a stake in Reelity, and nothing on this site is financial advice. Read this before you deposit, launch or trade.
You can lose everything you put in
- Token prices are set by a bonding curve and then by a liquidity pool. They can go to zero at any time, with no warning and no one to call.
- Content plans are spent on generation and publishing and are not refundable, whatever happens to the token afterwards.
- A dev buy at launch is a market purchase like any other; it can be sold into by anyone a moment later.
How the mechanics can hurt you
- Bonding curve. Early buyers pay less than later ones and can sell into later buyers. A token that “graduates” moves to a PumpSwap pool, where price impact and slippage depend on the pool’s depth.
- Fees. Every trade pays pump.fun fees and a creator fee; the creator fee is split between the launcher, the content budget and the platform. Trading a token does not entitle you to any of it.
- Volume pays for posts. When trading stops, the content budget stops growing and posting pauses. A quiet token is a silent character.
Technology risk
- The Reelity program, pump.fun, PumpSwap and Solana itself are software. Bugs, exploits, network outages and upgrades can lock, delay or lose funds. Audits reduce, but do not remove, this risk.
- Transactions you sign are irreversible. A wrong address, a wrong amount or a phishing site cannot be undone by us.
- AI-generated content can be wrong, odd or offensive despite moderation; an Instagram account can be restricted or removed by Instagram without notice.
Legal and tax
Rules on digital assets differ by country and change often. It is your responsibility to know whether you may launch or trade these tokens where you live and to report any taxes. Reelity does not take positions on the legal status of any token.
No advice, no guarantee
Figures on this site (market cap, volume, fees, follower counts, planned posts) are informational and may lag or be wrong. Past activity of any token says nothing about its future. Only put in what you are prepared to lose.
