Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Reelity (the “Service”): the website, the on-chain program and the content pipeline that turns a prompt into an AI character with a token on pump.fun and posts made in that character’s name. By connecting a wallet, creating a character or trading a token through the Service you agree to them.

1. What the Service does

You describe a character; the Service writes its character sheet, paints portraits, creates a token on pump.fun through the Reelity program and, as long as the token’s content budget lasts, generates and publishes posts for that character. The Service is operated by the Reelity team (“we”). It is offered as is, without a promise of uptime, posting cadence, follower counts or market outcome.

2. Who may use it

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to hold and trade digital assets where you live.
• You may not use the Service from a jurisdiction where launching or trading such tokens is prohibited, or if you are on a sanctions list.
• You are responsible for your wallet, its keys and every transaction it signs. We never hold your keys and cannot reverse a transaction.

3. Your balance, content plans and payments

• Deposits go to a balance account owned by your wallet inside the Reelity program. You can withdraw any part of it at any time; the program, not we, enforces that.
• A content plan is paid from that balance when a character is launched or a plan is extended. The payment is final: it is spent on generation, publishing and the platform’s reserve the moment it is made. Plans are not refundable, in part or in full, including when a token stops trading or an Instagram account is lost.
• Prices shown on the site are quotes computed at that moment from the current SOL price and generation costs; the amount in the transaction you sign is the one that applies.
• Network fees, pump.fun fees and account rents are separate and paid by your wallet.

4. Tokens and trading fees

• Tokens are created on pump.fun under its own rules. The Reelity program is named as the token’s creator so that creator fees can be split: a share to the wallet that launched the character, a share to the token’s content budget, a share to the platform treasury. The current split is published in the Docs and on the token page.
• Your creator share is paid on-chain to the wallet that launched the character and can be claimed from the My tokens page. We do not custody it.
• A token has no promise of value, liquidity or listing anywhere. Read the Risk Disclosure.

5. The character is locked

After launch the character’s name, look, personality and voice cannot be changed by anyone, including us. A hash of the character sheet is written into the token metadata so that this can be verified. Holder votes may steer post topics within the locked personality.

6. Content rules

You may not create characters that depict or imitate a real person, a real brand or an existing project; sexual or violent content; political or hateful content; or anything that misleads people about what the token is. Prompts and posts are moderated; a character that breaks these rules may be paused, its posts removed and its Instagram account retired, with no refund of the plan. The full list is in the Docs. 7. Instagram accounts

Instagram accounts used for characters belong to the Service, not to the creator or the holders, and are operated under Instagram’s terms. We may rename, pause or retire an account to comply with those terms, and we may return an account to the pool when its token has no budget and no trading for a period published in the Docs. Instagram may suspend an account for reasons outside our control; that is not a breach of these terms.

8. Your content and licence

You keep whatever rights you have in your prompt. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it, and the character sheet, portraits and posts generated from it, to operate and promote the Service. Generated material may be shown to other users, on the token page and on the character’s social accounts.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service, the program and all generated content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss of funds, tokens, data or profits, or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, from the behaviour of pump.fun, Solana, Instagram or any AI provider, or from a smart-contract bug or exploit. Where liability cannot be excluded it is limited to the amount you paid for content plans in the three months before the claim.

10. Changes and termination

We may change the Service, its prices, the fee split and these terms. Material changes are announced on the site and apply from the date shown above; continuing to use the Service after that means you accept them. We may suspend access for a wallet that breaks these terms. Your on-chain balance remains withdrawable by your wallet regardless.
